SNI: MEMO OF CLARIFICATION

RE: Recent FDA lawsuit memo (dated 7/10/09) related specifically to the practices of Quality Formulation Laboratories, Inc/Sports Nutrition International, LLC, and American Sports Nutrition, Inc.

SNI would like to make an immediate clarification to the marketplace that they have zero affiliation with the recently named Sports Nutrition International group, which has been the target of the FDA; Specific to: The government's complaint, filed July 1, 2009 in the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, alleges that the companies have failed to follow current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) by manufacturing and storing food under filthy conditions and in conditions that may cause major food allergens to enter into products not intended to contain them.

SNI has pending legal action against Sports Nutrition International to further ensure that the SNI name is kept distant from their group.

It is certainly understandable that a certain level of confusion may occur due to the similarities of name. This is a key reason why immediate clarification needs to be known and broadcasted to all dedicated SNI partners and end consumers.
